1. How would you describe your artistic style in three words?
Introspective, conceptual, and futuristic.
2. What has been your greatest source of inspiration recently?
The intersection of technology, consciouness and nature, specifically how AI and ecological systems influence human evolution. Realizing that art could be a transformative medium to question and reshape the human relationship with the
environment.
3. If you could collaborate with any artist, living or dead, who would you choose and why?
We’d collaborate with Leonardo da Vinci for his visionary approach, bridging science, art, and the human condition.
4. What is the artistic project you are most proud of so far?
The “REWILD” project, where we explored AI’s role in reimagining the bonds between humans and nature, expanding human consciousness. We aim to explore the symbiosis between post-humanity, technology, and mother earth.
5. What are the main obstacles you’ve had to overcome in your artistic journey?
Overcoming the challenge of conveying complex ideas like AI in an accessible and emotionally resonant way.
6. What advice would you give to someone trying to break into the art world?
Stay open to cross-disciplinary influences; the future of art lies in hybrid lateral thinking.
7. Is there a technique or medium you’d like to explore more in the future?
We’d like to dive deeper into generative interface experiences and real-time interactive digital humans, creating experiences that engage audiences on new levels of interaction and social collective scopes.
8. Where do you draw inspiration for your creative projects? Are there personal passions or do you believe your background influences your work in some way?
The inspiration for our creative projects stems from our background, which combines fashion, philosophy, storytelling, and art. These elements are crucial for the relevance of our work. Without this strong connection to these disciplines, we wouldn’t be able to explore the complexities of humanity and technology in a meaningful way. Our personal
and professional journey has taught us to create works that are not only visually appealing but also convey a deep, reflective message on themes such as artificial intelligence, nature and human instincts.
9. What passions do you have outside of art, and how do these passions reflect in your creations?
Outside of art, we’re passionate about wildlife, design and technology, which permeate all our work.
10. What is the place, real or imagined, that inspires you the most?
The place that inspires us most is made of dreams woven with nature and surrealistic elements, a dimension that exists between reality and the crafting mind. We envision magic circles and liminal spaces, where we are free to create without limits and constraints, yet deeply connected to our feelings and real life. It’s a realm where art can flow without barriers, always reflecting our deepest emotions.
11. Can you tell us about a recent experience that gave a new spark to your creativity?
The pandemic became a pivotal moment for our creativity, as it deepened our connection with nature and spirituality. During a time when art felt distant and the world was in turmoil, we found solace in the natural environment. This experience highlighted the importance of art and climate awareness, driving us to create works that reflect our relationship with Mother Earth and our emotional responses to these unprecedented times. It was a transformative period of reflection and renewal, where creativity thrived amidst uncertainty.
12. How do you translate your emotions and passions into a visual language that can also resonate with brands?
We translate our emotions and passions into a visual language that resonates with brands by recognizing that brands are built on people and values. For us, it’s essential to connect with these elements and develop a creative process that is both horizontal and inclusive. This approach emphasizes the union of aesthetics and values, allowing us to create work that not only looks good but also communicates deeper meanings aligned with the brand’s identity and purpose.
13. What role does failure or mistakes play in your creative process?
The mistake is an organic part of the creative process; it is often from mistakes that the most unexpected and creative solutions emerge. Errors open up new possibilities, like hallucinations.
